NOTICE TO CONTACTORS: BIDDER PRE-QUALIFICATION REQUEST: Messer Construction is excited to announce the start of the pre-qualification process for first tier elevator trades in bidding the Charlotte Douglas International Airport - Concourse D Elevator Modernization. The general scope of this project includes modernizations to (5) existing elevators in Concourse D. All contractor prequalification forms are due into Messer Construction by 5:00 pm on March 13th. Bidders must meet this deadline to be considered for approval to bid on this project. The target bid date is late early to mid April. Bids from contractors that are not prequalified will not be opened and will be rejected.
