This package includes MEP's, interior finishes and envelope elements, for a 5 story approximately 116,308 square foot and 1 story approximately 24,213 square foot office building renovation. Bids from contractors that are not prequalified will not be opened and will be rejected. Bids can be delivered in person or mailed to Messer Charlotte Office – 2400 Executive St, Charlotte, NC 28208. Bids will be publicly read aloud on Friday, April 3rd , 2026. Formal bid packages require bid guarantee in the form of either a bid bond or a certified check in the amount of 5% of the bid.
