This will be a formal bidding process. 2:00 PM – Paw Creek Elementary School Pavement Upgrade Ph. I General Scope of Work: Resurface/Reconstruct approximately 54,900 SF of existing parking lots and make spot repairs and improvements to surrounding hardscape structures. All bidders are hereby notified that they shall be properly licensed under the state laws governing their trades. Bid Security in the amount equal to not less than 5% of the gross amount of the bid is required. A Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of the contract is required at the acceptance of bid. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) days. The Owner reserves the unqualified right to accept or reject any and/or all bids, to waive formalities, and to award the contract to another other than the low bidder, should it be deemed in the Owner's best interest.
