ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Habitat for Humanity of the Charlotte Region is soliciting bids for horizontal construction services for the Zion Hill Infrastructure Development Project. The project consists of horizontal infrastructure for a twenty two-unit subdivision off Robinson Church Rd. in Charlotte. The project, partially funded with City of Charlotte Housing Trust Fund and a potential award of federal Self Help Opportunity Program (SHOP), will provide affordable homeownership opportunities for families 80% AMI and below. The project includes grading, storm drainage infrastructure, paving, sidewalks, and additional horizontal site preparation. Bid deadline is Monday April 13th, 2026 at 2 pm.
