Charlotte Mecklenburg Library Request for Proposals Charlotte Mecklenburg Library is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified vendors for the following projects: (1) Main Library Café Operations, with sealed proposals due no later than 2:00 p.m. (EST) on March 17, 2026. Proposals will be opened at 2:00 p.m. (EST) on March 17, 2026, at 510 Stitt Road, Charlotte, NC 28213; and (2) Design & Development of Content Management System, with sealed proposals due no later than 2:00 p.m. (EST) on March 20, 2026, at 510 Stitt Road, Charlotte, NC 28213.
