NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board received applications to amend the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) and/or zoning map of the Town of Matthews, as follows:

TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of Commissioners and Planning Board will jointly conduct the public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, March 9, 2026, in the Matthews Town Hall, 232 Matthews Station Street, Matthews, North Carolina. Any persons who desire to be heard on the applications are hereby notified to appear at said hearing.
