Petition #R25-17, a request by W&A Engineering to rezone +/- 1.066 acres (Parcel #01928207) at the corner of Glendale Drive and Huntersville-Concord Rd from General Residential (GR) to Neighborhood Residential- Conditional District (NR-CD) for a four-lot single-family residential subdivision. Petition #R26-02, a request by HFH Investments for a general rezoning of +/- 0.397 acres (Parcel #01711623) at the corner of Gilead Rd & Hillcrest Dr from Neighborhood Residential (NR) to Town Center (TC).
