Notice to Bidders PROJECT INFORMATION SESSION: Blum Construction has been selected as the Construction Manager @ Risk by Iredell County and will be hosting a virtual Project Information Session for the Iredell County Farmers Market project on Tuesday, February 17, beginning at 3:30pm via Zoom. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The goal of this project is to allocate space on the existing Iredell County Fairgrounds for a new Regional Farmers Market in Troutman, NC. This phase of the project will include the setting of the PEMB market, which will include spaces for roughly 30 vendor stalls, restrooms, concessions, storage areas, and conference room & office spaces. Site specific work will include demolition, earthwork & utilities, paving and landscaping.
