Albemarle, NC 28001 Project consists of driveway installation and parking lot reconstruction including temporary and final grading, site prep including storm drainage, erosion control, seeding, handicap ramp installation and asphalt paving. There is a resolicitation from October 2025. Pre-Bid meeting is scheduled for 10am Tuesday, February 17, 2026 at 27670 Betty Rd. Albemarle, NC 28001. Questions must be submitted formally via email by Friday, February 20, 2026. A bid bond from a licensed corporate surety or certified check/ cashier's check payable to Stanly County Board of Education for 5% of the total bid amount shall be submitted with each proposal. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids and shall be valid for a period of 90 days. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and meet specified qualifications, and possess insurance and bonds required for the work. A Performance Bond and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder. The Stanly County Board of Education has adopted a Minority Participation Policy compliant with the North Carolina State Minority recommendations.
