Prequalification applications may be obtained at www.rodgersbuilders.com. Prequalification applications submitted late or incomplete will not be reviewed. The project is the renovation of SouthPark's Symphony Park and includes significant modifications to site elements, new restroom building structure, and new site utilities. Site, civil and landscape packages are thoughtfully designed to create a 'beautiful park that will set a new standard for what a public park should look like'. The design will include a level of intentionality and care to access and utilize the park, while offering new programming opportunities for area stakeholders and community groups, supporting events ranging from 5 – 5,000 people.
