NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Town of Cornelius 21445 Catawba Avenue, Cornelius, NC The Town of Cornelius Board of Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, February 16, 2026 at 6:00 PM in Town Hall on the following items: TA 01-26 Land Development Code Structure: Proposed structural amendment to the Land Development Code, which impacts all chapters. Restructuring the document through the text amendment process will serve to streamline review processes, enhance customer service, and set the stage for future modernization of code language. The proposed text amendment reduces the number of chapters from 18 to 13, consolidates chapter areas, and results in a more logical, customer-friendly document flow.
