RE-ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Pursuant to Section 143-129 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, sealed bids for "Apron & Taxilane Pavement Rehabilitation" at the Stanly County Airport will be received by the Stanly County Airport Authority in the Conference Room of the Airport Terminal Building, 43222 Lowder Aviation Parkway, New London, North Carolina 28127 until 3:00 P.M. (local time) Tuesday, February 3 2026. Immediately thereafter, the bids will be publicly opened and read in the Conference Room. All Contractors are hereby notified that they shall have proper Contractor's licenses as required by the state laws governing their respective trade in the state where this Project is located. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or by a certified check payable to Stanly County Airport Authority, New London, North Carolina, and drawn on some bank or trust company authorized to do business in the State of North Carolina, for an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid amount. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of one hundred twenty (120) calendar days after the closing time for the receipt of bids. The Stanly County Airport Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any and all technical defects in the execution of the submission of any bid.
