NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON REQUEST FOR ANNEXATION

Take notice that the Board of Commissioners of the Town of Huntersville has called a Public Hearing at 6:00 p.m. on February 3, 2026, on the question of annexing the following described territory, requested by petition filed pursuant to NCGS 160A-31, to annex to the Town of Huntersville certain contiguous property. The Hearing will be held in person at the Huntersville Town Hall located at 14704 N. Old Statesville Rd, Huntersville, NC 28078. The property subject to the Petition consists of approximately 2.874 acres, which includes a subdivision known as the Hills (Annexation Petition 26-02), further identified as Meck. Co.
