Blum Construction has been selected as the Construction Manager @ Risk by Iredell County and is seeking to pre-qualify construction trade contractors to submit bids for furnishing labor, materials, equipment and tools for Phase 2 of the Iredell County Farmers Market project in Troutman, NC.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The goal of this project is to allocate space on the existing Iredell County Fairgrounds for a new Regional Farmers Market in Troutman, NC. This phase of the project will include the setting of the PEMB market, which will include spaces for roughly 30 vendor stalls, restrooms, concessions area, storage areas, and conference room & office spaces. Site specific work will include demolition, earthwork & utilities, paving and landscaping.
