Charlotte Mecklenburg Library Request for Proposals Charlotte Mecklenburg Library is soliciting and will receive sealed proposals from qualified vendors for two (2) separate Innovative Technology projects for the Main Library, currently under construction: Design and Development of Specialized Public Library Technology Spaces and Interactive Digital Map Table Hardware and Custom Software. Sealed proposals must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. (EST) on January 16, 2026. Proposals will be publicly opened at 2:00 p.m. (EST) and 2:30 p.m. (EST), respectively, on January 16, 2026, at 510 Stitt Road, Charlotte, NC 28213.
