Iredell-Statesville Schools New Parkertown Elementary School Request for Prequalification J.M. Cope, Inc. has been selected as the Construction Manager at Risk by Iredell-Statesville Schools and will accept 1st-Tier specialty trade contractors' prequalification application for the new Parkertown Elementary School until Tuesday, January 20, 2025, at 5:00pm. The project scope of work includes the new construction of an 87,156 SF building situated on a 29-acre green site located at 218 Parkertown Rd. Mooresville, NC 28115. The building, a combination of load bearing masonry and structural steel will be situated on a +/- 20 acre site. Offsite roadway improvements includes paving, signalization, and the extension of a main water line.
