NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Mint Hill Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Thursday, January 8, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the Mint Hill Town Hall Assembly Room, 4430 Mint Hill Village Lane. The purpose of this hearing is to receive comments regarding the following applications:
ZC25-11 - Conditional Rezoning request to rezone the property from Residential to General Industrial (Conditional Zoning District) to allow for two buildings with flex/office units. Property location: 8405 Fairview Road and 7830 Large Oak Ln., Tax Parcel #'s 139-012-38 & 139-012-02
ZC25-12 - Conditional Rezoning request to allow for a bank with a drive-through. Property location: 7701 Matthews-Mint Hill Road, Tax Parcel #'s 137-063-12 & 137-063-04
