ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Habitat for Humanity of the Charlotte Region is soliciting bids for horizontal construction services for the Mystic Pines Infrastructure Development Project, a 1.84 acre, 11-unit single family subdivision located off Tom Hunter Road in Charlotte's Hidden Valley. The project, partially funded with City of Charlotte Housing Trust Fund, will provide affordable homeownership opportunities for families 80% AMI and below. The project includes grading, storm drainage infrastructure, paving, sidewalks, and additional horizontal site preparation. Bid deadline is Friday, 1/16/2026 at 2 pm.
