Notice of Intent to Lease Real Property City Council of the City of Charlotte will consider leasing approximately 2,472 square feet of retail space ("Suite 215") in the University City Boulevard Parking Deck owned by the City, located at 7205 N. Tryon St. in Mecklenburg County, NC. The Lessee, Legacy Living Homes LLC dba University Health and Hydration Clinic, proposes to operate as a Med Spa/Health Business providing hydration and health related services and products. The proposed term and annual lease payments are as follows: -Term: 63 months, with one 60-month option to renew -Base Rent: $4,429 per month ($53,148 per year) for year one, escalating at a rate of 3 percent annually for each year thereafter. This rate is consistent with market rates. The renewal period will start at market rate.
