Sale of Assets Notice is hereby given that, at the warehouse formerly occupied by Carolina Precision Technologies, LLC ("Carolina Precision"), located at 1055 Gateway Drive, Suite A, Mooresville, North Carolina 28115, (the "Premises"), the secured party First Financial Bank ("Lender") and Creative Planning Business Alliance, LLC and Alex G. Smith, as receiver ("Receiver") of Carolina Precision intend to sell all of the remaining personal property assets of Carolina Precision (collectively, the "Sale Assets") under applicable Federal Receivership Law.
