UNCA Lipinsky Hall Renovation Barringer Construction will be accepting 1st tier subcontractor prequalification submittals, for the Lipinsky Hall Renovation project on the campus of UNC Asheville, until 5:00PM, December 17, 2025. To qualify, the subcontractor must meet all applicable State of North Carolina licensing requirements as well as applicable bonding requirements. The subcontractor must show comparable work experience, both in complexity and dollar value, and preferably in a college campus environment, pertaining to one or more of the trades or scopes of work outlined above. Similar project experience will be considered during prequalification. Historically underutilized business participation is highly encouraged. Submittals for prequalification should be made on the provided form and submitted to Barringer Construction for review.
