NOTICE TO TRADE CONTRACTORS INVITATION TO RE-BID: Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools New South Middle School #01 Public Traffic Signalization Package – Messer Construction will accept RE-Bids from prequalified trade contractors if the signalization package was unable to be opened on the originally scheduled date. Messer will issue an addendum to the previously prequalified bidders for any packages that will require to be rebid. Bids are due by 12/4/25 at 2:00 pm EST. Bids may be delivered in person to Messer Construction at 2400 Executive St, Charlotte, NC 28208, or emailed to David Swartz dswartz@messer.com prior to the bid deadline. Bids will be publicly read aloud immediately following the deadline. Bidders must have previously been prequalified and any bids submitted by firms that are not prequalified will not be opened.
