TOWN OF WEDDINGTON NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Weddington Town Council at Weddington Town Hall, 1924 Weddington Road, Weddington, NC on Monday, December 8, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of collecting public comment on a conditional zoning amendment application from Arcadia Homes for an amendment to CZ-2025-03 Arya to modify utility requirements to allow either public water lines or private wells.
