NOTICE TO CONTACTORS - PRE-QUALIFICATION: Messer Construction is excited to announce the start of the prequalification process for first tier suppliers interested in bidding the Cabarrus County DSS – Mechanical Equipment Direct Purchase Package (reference NC GS 143-128.1, -129, 135.8 for prequalification details). This package includes direct purchase of mechanical equipment that will support future construction packages of a renovation project that serve as the new DSS facility in Cabarrus County. The target bid date is December 2025. The participation of DBE firms is highly encouraged. Bids from contractors that are not prequalified will not be opened and will be rejected. All prequalification forms are due to Messer Construction by 5:00 pm on December 5th, 2025. Bidders must meet this deadline to be considered for approval to bid the project.
