NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that MD Scientific, LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company, was dissolved effective July 19, 2024. All persons with claims against the company are requested to present them in accordance with this notice. Claims must be in writing and must include the name of the claimant, the date the claim arose, the amount of the claim, a summary of the basis for the claim, and any and all documentation supporting the claim.
