NOTICE OF INVITATION TO BID (ITB) CITY OF PALMETTO CDBG HOUSING REHABILATION PROGRAM The City of Palmetto is seeking bids from licensed, insured, qualified, and well-established housing rehabilitation contractors to furnish all labor and materials related to the rehabilitation of three (3) single-family homes being served under its Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Housing Rehabilitation Program. All rehabilitation repairs will be completed in accordance with an established project scope of work (SOW) and must meet all applicable Federal code requirements, including minimum Section 8 Housing Quality/INSPIRE Standards; all Florida Residential Building Codes, and all applicable local ordinances/codes. A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Meeting followed by project site visits will take place on TUESDAY: NOVEMBER 17, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. EST. The Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at: City Hall Commission Chambers (516 8TH Ave. West: Palmetto, FL 34221). All bids are due on Monday: November 30, 2026 by 10:00 A.M. EST.
