CITY OF HOLMES BEACH, FLORIDA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 27, 2026 at 2:00 P.M., the City Commission of the City of Holmes Beach, Manatee County, Florida, will hold a public hearing at the Patricia A. Geyer Commission Chambers, 5801 Marina Drive, Holmes Beach, Florida 34217, to consider an application request and Resolution No. 26-10 for an Amendment to a previously approved outdoor dining request for the following described property in Manatee County: The location of the subject property: 5910 Marina Drive, Holmes Beach, Florida 34217. Legally described as BLK S HOLMES BEACH FIFTEENTH UNIT PI#72279.0000/3. The applicant is seeking: The Applicant is requesting an amendment to the outdoor dining approval previously granted by Resolution No. 23-05 for the property located at 5910 Marina Drive. Resolution No. 23-05 approved the site plan and outdoor dining request with one hundred (100) indoor seats and fifty-three (53) outdoor seats. The current request would modify only the approved seating allocation to allow sixty-six (66) indoor seats and eighty-five (85) outdoor seats. No other changes to the previously approved site plan, site improvements, or conditions of approval are proposed as part of this amendment. All interested parties are encouraged to appear and be heard regarding the site plan amendment application and special exception request and may submit written or oral comments to the City Clerk before or at the hearing.
