NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING AND PUBLIC HEARINGS CEDAR HAMMOCK FIRE CONTROL DISTRICT 2026-2027 Tentative Millage Rate Hearing 2026-2027 Tentative Budget Hearing Notice is hereby given that on Thursday, September 3, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard at Cedar Hammock Fire Control District, Station 1, located at 5200 26th Street West, Bradenton, Florida 34207, the Board of Fire Commissioners will hold a regular business meeting and two public hearings. The purpose of the first hearing is to receive public comment, consider, and adopt the 2026-2027 tentative millage rate, Resolution 2026-07 and provide for an effective date. Following the first hearing, the Board of Fire Commissioners of the Cedar Hammock Fire Control District will hold a second public hearing to receive public comment, consider, and adopt the 2026-2027 tentative budget, Resolution 2026-08 and provide for an effective date. The regular meeting and public hearings will be open to the public and conducted in accordance with applicable Florida law.
