City of Bradenton State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) Program Notice of Funding Availability for 2025-26 Program Year The City of Bradenton has $429,497.99 in State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) funding available for housing rehabilitation assistance for homeowners living in the City of Bradenton. Eligible activities include the following: • Barrier Removal - accessibility modifications • Purchase Assistance for First-time Homebuyers - to buy a home in the Bradenton city limits • Emergency Repair – including electrical, plumbing, HVAC • Owner Occupied Rehabilitation – home repairs • Disaster Assistance – should a state or federal disaster be declared To be considered for this funding, household income cannot exceed the following limits: 1-person 2-person 3-person 4-person 5-person 6-person 7-person 8-person $111,860 $127,820 $143,780 $159,740 $172,620 $185,360 $198,100 $210,980 Special needs households will receive a priority for this funding.
