NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ORDINANCE NO. 41 AN ORDINANCE FOR THE NORTH RIVER FIRE DISTRICT ADOPTING A FIRE PREVENTION CODE FOR THE NORTH RIVER FIRE DISTRICT; ESTABLISHING THE BUREAU OF FIRE PREVENTION, INSPECTION AND INVESTIGATION; ESTABLISHING RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR FIRE PREVENTION AND SAFETY; PROVIDING FOR PENALTY FOR FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH SAID RULES AND REGULATIONS; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT, INCLUDING ORDINANCE 35; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Copies of Ordinance No. 41 are available for inspection by the public at North River Fire District Administrative Offices, 1225 14th Ave. W., Palmetto FL 34221, Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. If a person desires to appeal any decision of the Fire District Board of Fire Commissioners or of any other board or commission of the district, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
