MANATEE COUNTY BOARD OF APPEALS 2026 ANNUAL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Manatee County Board of Appeals will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, August 19, 2026. The meeting will be held at Cedar Hammock Fire Rescue District's Fire Station 1 at 5200 26th St W, Bradenton, FL 34207, beginning at 6:00 p.m. No stenographic record by a certified court reporter is made of this meeting. If any person desires to appeal any decision of the Manatee County Board of Appeals, that person will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based, (F.S. 286.0105).
