NOTICE OF AUDITOR SELECTION COMMITTEE MEETING
AND REGULAR BOARD OF SUPERVISORS' MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors ("Board") of the Sanctuary Cove Community Development District ("District") will hold a special meeting of the Board of Supervisors on August 5, 2026 at 11:30 a.m. at Sanctuary Cove Clubhouse located at 1899 5th Street East, Palmetto, FL 34221. The regular Board meeting will take place immediately following the adjournment of the Auditor Selection Committee meeting where the Board may consider any other business that may properly come before it. The Auditor Selection Committee will review, discuss and rank the proposers the proposals received to perform the audit for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026, as previously advertised in accordance with Florida law.
The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law for Community Development Districts. A copy of the agenda may be obtained at the offices of the District Manager, PFM Management Services LLC, located at 3501 Quadrangle Blvd., Suite 270, Orlando, Florida 32817, (407) 723-5935 ("District Manager's Office"), or from the District's website at http://sanctuarycovecdd.com/. The public meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. There may be occasions when staff or board members may participate by speaker telephone.

Each person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the meeting is advised that person will need a record of proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
