NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 166.041(3) (a) Florida Statutes, that the City of Bradenton Beach City Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 16, 2026, at 12:00, p.m. at City Hall in Bradenton Beach, 107 Gulf Drive North, Bradenton Beach, Florida 34217, or as soon thereafter as the issue may be heard to consider the following: ORDINANCE NO. 26-567 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BRADENTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING SECTION 412 - "SUBDIVISION PLAT REQUIREMENTS" OF THE LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE OF THE CITY OF BRADENTON BEACH, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING THE ADMINISTRATIVE APPROVAL PROCESS FOR PLATS AND REPLATS; PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATIONS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF CONFLICTING ORDINANCES; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. All interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard regarding the adoption of the Ordinance. Copies of the proposed Ordinance are on file at the City of Bradenton Beach City Hall and may be reviewed by the public between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Mondays through Fridays, exclusive of holidays. If any person decides to appeal any decision made with respect to any matter considered at such meeting, such person will need a record of the proceedings made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
