CITY OF HOLMES BEACH PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF RESCHEDULED PUBLIC HEARING FOR ORDINANCE ADOPTION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Public Hearing and Second Reading for the consideration and adoption of the proposed Ordinance below, originally advertised to be held on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, has been RESCHEDULED. The Public Hearing and final adoption vote will instead be held during the Regular Meeting of the Holmes Beach City Commission on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as may be heard. The meeting will take place at the Holmes Beach City Hall, 5801 Marina Drive, Holmes Beach, Florida. The meeting is open to the public. All persons wishing to speak must appear in person. No stenographic record by a certified court reporter will be made of this meeting.
