SCHOOL DISTRICT OF MANATEE COUNTY PURCHASING DEPARTMENT PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AT RISK SERVICES PROJECT NAME: Lakewood Ranch High School HVAC Renovation PROJECT LOCATION: Manatee County REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS: The School District of Manatee County is accepting statements of qualifications from firms for complete Construction Management at Risk Services for Lakewood Ranch High School HVAC Renovation. The scope of work includes but is not limited to complete campus wide replacement of all HVAC Equipment (including replacement and modernization of chillers, pumps, boilers, air handling units, terminal units, and controls), excluding the newer science building. Interior painting and flooring repairs where required. Existing ductwork will be used throughout the project where practical. The project will be on an occupied campus and phased in a manner to ensure staff safety. The total project budget is estimated at $30,000,000.00. Further, if a corporation, the applicant must be registered by the Department of State, Division of Corporations, to operate in the State of Florida at the time of the application.
