NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Anna Maria City Commission will hold a public hearing on June 25, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. or as soon thereafter as may be heard. The hearings will be at City Hall of the City of Anna Maria, 10005 Gulf Drive, Anna Maria, Florida 34216, to consider: ORDINANCE 26-960 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANNA MARIA, FLORIDA, GRANTING AN EXCLUSIVE FRANCHISE TO WASTE PRO OF FLORIDA, INC. FOR COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL OF REFUSE, YARD WASTE, RECYCLABLE MATERIALS, AND GARBAGE; PROVIDING FOR FINDINGS OF FACT; PROVIDING FOR ADOPTION BY REFERENCE A FRANCHISE AGREEMENT NAMING TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL OF REFUSE, RECYCLING, YARD WASTE AND GARBAGE WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF THE CITY OF ANNA MARIA; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
