NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING WATERLEFE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT The Golf Committee of the Waterlefe Community Development District will hold a Regular Meetings on June 11, 2026, July 16, 2026 and August 13, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. and will be held at the Waterlefe Golf Club – Lefe Room, located at 1022 Fish Hook Cove, Bradenton, Florida 34212. The meeting will be open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. A copy of the agenda may be obtained by contacting the District Manager, Matt O'Nolan, at 2700 S Falkenburg Rd, Ste 2745, Riverview, FL 33578 or by phone at (813) 533-2950. There may be occasions when one or more Golf Committee Members will participate by telephone. At the above location there will be present a speaker telephone so that any person can attend the meeting at the above location and be fully informed of the discussions taking place either in person or by telephone communication.
