CITY OF ANNA MARIA, FLORIDA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS BEFORE THE CITY OF ANNA MARIA CITY COMMISSION ORDINANCE NO. 26-959 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANNA MARIA, FLORIDA, REPEALING SECTION 114-428, "SPECIAL EVENTS," OF ARTICLE VI, "SUPPLEMENTAL REGULATIONS," OF CHAPTER 114, "ZONING," OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF ANNA MARIA; PROVIDING FOR LEGISLATIVE FINDINGS AND INTENT; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS; PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION AND SCRIVENER'S ERRORS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Anna Maria City Commission will hold public hearings on July 25 at 10:00 A.M., or as soon thereafter as may be heard. The hearings will be at City Hall of the City of Anna Maria, 10005 Gulf Drive, Anna Maria, Florida 34216, to consider: All interested parties may appear at the meeting or utilize optional attendance by telecommunications media and be heard regarding this request. For additional information contact the Anna Maria Community Development Department. Copies of the proposed requests are on file at the City of Anna Maria City Hall, Community Development Department and may be reviewed by the public between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, exclusive of holidays. If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the board, agency, or commission with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
