NOTICE OF RULE DEVELOPMENT BY THE NORTH RIVER RANCH IMPROVEMENT STEWARDSHIP DISTRICT In accordance with Chapter 120, Florida Statues and Chapter 2020-191, Laws of the Florida, the North River Ranch Improvement Stewardship District ("District") hereby gives notice of its intention to develop rules establishing fees related to the use of the District's amenity facilities and services. The proposed rule number is 26-01. The purpose and effect of the rules is to provide for efficient District operations by setting policies, rates and fees to implement the provisions of Chapter 2020-191(6)(20), Laws of Florida. Specific legal authority for the rule includes Sections 6(20)(2) and 6(6)(e), Laws of Florida and Section 120.54, Florida Statutes. A public hearing will be conducted by the District on July 8, 2026, at 1:15 p.m. at 8141 Lakewood Main Street, Bradenton, FL 34202.
