NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BOARD OF FIRE COMMISSIONERS SOUTHERN MANATEE FIRE RESCUE DISTRICT MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA PLEASE BE NOTIFIED that a public hearing will be held by the Board of Fire Commissioners of the Southern Manatee Fire Rescue District, Manatee County, Florida at a scheduled meeting on the 21th day of May 2026, at the Administrative Offices, located at 2451 Trailmate Drive, Sarasota Florida at 5:01 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, to consider the adoption of the following proposed resolution. RESOLUTION 2026-02 FY 2026-2027 INITIAL RATE RESOLUTION Southern Manatee Fire Rescue will hold a public hearing to establish the initial non-ad valorem fire assessment rate schedule for the 2026 tax year. Following the public hearing, a regular business meeting of the Board will be held.
