CITY OF BRADENTON, FLORIDA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING COMPREHENSIVE PLAN MAP AMENDMENT The City of Bradenton City Council will hold a public hearing on May 13, 2026, at 8:30 a.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 101 Old Main Street, Bradenton, Florida, to consider the following item at a public hearing: ORDINANCE NO. 4067 (FIRST READING): AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BRADENTON, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CITY OF BRADENTON COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FUTURE LAND USE MAP TO DESIGNATE CERTAIN LAND GENERALLY LOCATED WEST OF 15TH STREET WEST, NORTH OF 6th AVENUE WEST, AND SOUTH OF MANATEE AVE WEST, IDENTIFIED AS PARCEL ID 3354500109, AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN, CONTAINING APPROXIMATELY 3.9464 ACRES AND OWNED BY MANATEE COUNTY, FROM THE URBAN CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT (UCBD) FUTURE LAND USE CATEGORY TO THE URBAN CORE (URBCORE) FUTURE LAND USE CATEGORY; PROVIDING FOR APPLICABILITY; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
