Notice of Meetings Sanctuary Cove Community Development District The Board of Supervisors of the Sanctuary Cove Community Development District will hold their meetings for the 2025/2026 Fiscal Year at Sanctuary Cove Clubhouse located at 1899 5th Street East, Palmetto, FL 34221 at 11:30 a.m. each month as follows: May 6, 2026 August 5, 2026 The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law for Community Development Districts. A copy of the agenda for the meetings may be obtained from the District Manager's office, 3501 Quadrangle Blvd., Suite 270, Orlando, Florida 32817 or by calling (407) 723-5900. These meetings may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meetings. There may be occasions when one or more Board Supervisors or staff members will participate by telephone.
