NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF SUMMERWOODS COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT The Regular Meeting of the Summerwoods Community Development District will hold a meeting on Thursday April 30, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at the Harrison Ranch Clubhouse, located at 5755 Harrison Ranch Boulevard, Parrish, FL 34219. The Board of Supervisors of the District will hold its regular meeting to consider any business that properly comes before it. The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law. The meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at such meeting. A copy of the agenda for this meeting may be obtained from 2700 S. Falkenburg Rd, Suite 2745, Riverview, FL 33578. There may be an occasion where one or more supervisors will participate by speaker telephone.
