CROSS CREEK COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NOTICE OF AUDITOR SELECTION COMMITTEE MEETING AND REGULAR BOARD OF SUPERVISORS' MEETING The Board of Supervisors ("Board") of the Cross Creek Community Development District ("District") will hold an Auditor Selection Committee meeting and regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors on May 19, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at, 4000 Creekside Park Dr, Parrish, FL 34219. The Auditor Committee will review, discuss, and establish the minimum qualifications and evaluation criteria that the District will use to solicit audit services. The regular Board meeting will take place prior to the Auditor Committee meeting where the Board may consider any other business that may properly come before it. The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the pertinent provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. There may be occasions when Board Supervisors or District Staff may participate by speaker telephone.
