Request for Proposals The Early Learning Coalition of Manatee County, Inc. (ELC) is requesting proposals for developmental evaluation and professional development consultation services. Sealed proposals will be accepted at the Early Learning Coalition of Manatee County, Inc., located at 600 8th Avenue West, Suite 100, Palmetto, Florida 34221. The Request for Proposals (RFP) will be posted on April 6, 2026, and may be accessed on the Early Learning Coalition website at elc-manatee.org. All proposals must be received no later than Noon on May 1, 2026. Timely delivery of proposals is solely and strictly the responsibility of the proposer.
