SANCTUARY COVE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NOTICE OF AUDITOR SELECTION COMMITTEE MEETING AND REGULAR BOARD OF SUPERVISORS' MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors ("Board") of the Sanctuary Cove Community Development District ("District") will hold a regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors on Wednesday, May 6, 2026 at 11:30 a.m. at Sanctuary Cove Clubhouse located at 1899 5th Street East, Palmetto, FL 34221. The Auditor Selection Committee will review, discuss and establish the minimum qualifications and evaluation criteria that the District will use to solicit audit services. The regular Board meeting will take place prior to the Auditor Selection Committee meeting where the Board may consider any other business that may properly come before it.
