CITY OF HOLMES BEACH PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held, and the following proposed Ordinance will be considered for adoption at the Regular Meeting of the Holmes Beach City Commission to be held on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at the Holmes Beach City Hall, 5801 Marina Drive, Holmes Beach, Florida at 2:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as may be heard. Ordinance 26-03 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF HOLMES BEACH, FLORIDA CLARIFYING AND AMENDING PART III, LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE; ARTICLE IV, NONCONFORMITIES, DIVISION 1, GENERALLY, SECTION 4.2, DEFINITION OF NONCONFORMITIES, BY AMENDING SECTION 4.2 (I) TO ALLOW FOR VOLUNTARY RECONSTRUCTION OF NON-CONFORMING UNITS AS APPLICABLE TO EXISTING TOWNHOUSES IN THE R-4 DISTRICT; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. No stenographic record by a certified court reporter will be made of this meeting. Accordingly, any person who may seek to appeal any decisions involving the matters noticed herein will be responsible for making a verbatim record of the testimony and evidence at this meeting upon which any appeal is to be based.
