CITY OF BRADENTON, FLORIDA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ZONING DESIGNATION The City of Bradenton Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on April 15, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 101 Old Main Street, Bradenton, Florida, to consider the following item at a public hearing: ORDINANCE NO. 4074: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BRADENTON, FLORIDA, PROVIDING FOR AN AMENDMENT TO THE CITY OF BRADENTON LAND USE ATLAS; TO DESIGNATE CERTAIN LAND GENERALLY LOCATED EAST OF 50TH STREET WEST AND 0.02 MILES SOUTH OF MANATEE AVE WEST, IDENTIFIED AS PARCEL ID 3629100003 AND 3629000005, AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN, CONTAINING APPROXIMATELY 0.397 ACRES AND OWNED BY SHIV OHM P L AND ZEEVA RE LLC, RESPECTIVELY, UNDER THE SUBURBAN COMMERCIAL CORRIDOR ZONING CATEGORY; PROVIDING FOR APPLICABILITY; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. All interested persons and parties may appear either in person and be heard or submit written comments regarding the above matter to the Planning and Community Development Director and they will be heard and considered. The hearing may be continued from time to time as necessary.
