NOTICE OF MEETINGS PALMS OF TERRA CEIA BAY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT AND TOWNHALL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors ("Board") of the Palms of Terra Ceia Bay Community Development District will hold a meeting of the Board of Supervisors on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at the Terra Ceia Bay Country Club, 2802 Terra Ceia Bay, Palmetto, FL 34221. Immediately following the adjournment of the regular Board of Supervisors meeting, a Townhall meeting will be held with the Mayor of Palmetto and his staff. This Townhall will provide an opportunity to discuss matters relating to the City of Palmetto and to answer questions from residents. The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. A copy of the agenda for these meetings may be obtained from the District Manager, 4530 Eagle Falls Place, Tampa, FL 33619 or call (813) 344-4844. The meetings may be continued to a date, time and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate by telephone. At the above location will be present a speaker telephone so that any Board Supervisor can attend the meetings at the above location and be fully informed of the discussions taking place either in person or by telephone communication.
