CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AT RISK SERVICES
PROJECT NAME: TILLMAN ELEMENTARY CAMPUS WIDE RENOVATIONS
PROJECT LOCATION: Manatee County
REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS:
The School District of Manatee County is accepting statements of qualifications from firms for complete Construction Management at Risk Services for Tillman Elementary Campus Wide Renovation
Campus wide Renovation to include but not limited to a complete interior renovation of the existing campus to include replacement of the mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems, removal and replacement of fire alarm system, remove and replace kitchen cooler/freezer, administrative security and lobby enhancements, new technology infrastructure, LED lighting, new ceilings, flooring, painting, new exterior doors, windows and hardware, and sitework as needed.
Core facilities for 722 student stations. Campus consists of three (3) classroom buildings totaling 56,193 sf. Main building built in 1994 contains 29,332 sf. Media building, flammable storage, covered play area, cafeteria contains 11,403 sf. Total campus 96,928 sf.
Building 6 was renovated in 2020 and will need new AHU and potential electrical upgrades.
The applicant must be certified to perform work in the State of Florida at the time of application. Further, if a corporation, the applicant must be registered by the Department of State, Division of Corporations, to operate in the State of Florida at the time of the application.
The selection will be made in accordance with the current State Requirements for Educational Facilities (SREF), as may be amended, Florida Statute 287.055, and the School District of Manatee County's procedures and criteria. Firms interested in being considered for this project must submit an application following the Purchasing Department Selection Process.
